A Sense of Community
I believe that one of many jobs a teacher has, it is their job to assist children in learning how to become good citizens. I think that it is important to have a sense of community and democracy in the classroom so the children will be benefited in the long run. What happens during a child's development years can affect their decisions as they get older, and if they are taught to make good responsible decisions at a young age they will turn out to be respectable adults.
